Prime Cleaning Systems is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish Commercial Janitorial Floor Technician to join our growing floor care team in Las Vegas, NV.

We specialize in professional floor cleaning, polishing, and restoration for commercial and residential clients, including tile and grout, marble, stone, concrete, carpet, hardwood, and specialty flooring. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial cleaning or floor care experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members or customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial janitorial cleaning and floor care services
• Clean, scrub, polish, buff, strip, wax, and restore various floor surfaces
• Work with tile, grout, concrete, stone, marble, hardwood, carpet, and other flooring materials
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, polishers, and pressure washing equipment
• Follow job instructions, safety procedures, and company quality standards
• Prepare work areas, move light furniture/equipment when needed, and protect surrounding surfaces
• Inspect finished work to ensure floors are clean, polished, and completed to customer expectations
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
• Support commercial cleaning projects, deep cleaning jobs, and specialty floor restoration work as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Commercial janitorial, floor care, or cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with buffing, stripping, waxing, polishing, tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, or stone/concrete restoration is a strong plus
• Comfortable using floor machines and commercial cleaning equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Able to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and company standards
