Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Business Partner to serve as a vital link between our technology teams and business units. As an IT Business Partner, you will champion the integration of cutting-edge technology, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services that empower business success. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into effective IT strategies and solutions.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and best practices in project management.
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure to support business operations.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services like VMware, Cisco routers, SolarWinds, and other technology providers to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure the security of information systems through active management of network security protocols, firewalls, Active Directory, and compliance with ITIL standards.
• Drive initiatives in disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and system upgrades to maintain high availability and resilience.
• Supervise technical support teams providing desktop support, network troubleshooting, server management, and remote access solutions using tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical project management with a strong background in managing IT teams across diverse functions.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in information security practices including network security protocols, firewall configuration, data protection strategies, and compliance standards like ITIL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in vendor management and asset tracking.
