The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in the manufacturing industry by ensuring products meet established quality standards through a combination of manual and automated inspection techniques. This position involves regular on-site inspections to identify defects, verify measurements, and maintain thorough documentation, supporting the company’s commitment to quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify product defects using manual inspection and automated systems
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications
• Verify measurements with precision using appropriate measuring instruments
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
• Utilize Statistical Process Control tools to monitor production quality
• Perform regular on-site inspections as required for continuous quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in quality inspection
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of measuring instruments
