Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls.
• Provide customers with information about our services and pricing.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate with technicians regarding schedules and customer needs.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in our system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service.
• Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
