Seeking a dependable, polished, and professional candidate for a long-term role in a clinical psychologist's office. This in-office (not remote) position includes varied secretarial and administrative functions.
Schedule & Compensation:
- 24 hours/week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8:30am–4:30pm)
- Occasional coverage on Wednesdays, Fridays, during busy office periods and to cover personnel vacations
- Pay: $18–$20/hour
- No medical or dental benefits offered
Preferred Qualifications:
- Reside near Central Phoenix
- Administrative experience in a medical setting
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Acrobat Adobe, and email
- Strong writing and composition skills; English proficiency
- Knowledge of standard office procedures; sound judgment and confidentiality practices
- Experience with records management, report preparation, and data entry
- Customer service focus; strong attendance and professionalism
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be dependable and reliable
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet/direct visitors, resolve inquiries
- Assist with billing and QuickBooks
- Prepare medical files/paperwork
- Conduct scanning, shredding, and record retention tasks
- Maintain discretion with confidential files, records, and communications
Additional Information:
- Applicants with criminal backgrounds or recent financial problems (within 5 years) will not be considered
- Must pass background check and drug test
