Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spanish Speaking Personal Injury Case Manager to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in navigating clients from case inception to conclusion. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment and the ability to think on their feet.

Duties

• Conduct initial client interviews and complete intake for case evaluation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
• Send LOPs and LORs
• Monitor medical treatment
• Request and procure medical billing and records
• Compile information and draft liability, PIP and UIM demand letters

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of legal case management processes and procedures related to personal injury pre-litigation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
