✨ Now Hiring: Community Manager | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
We’re not your typical property management company — not even close. We operate on a fully AI‐powered platform where keys don’t exist, desk phones are gone, and every resident interaction flows through intelligent technology. Our teams aren’t just filling units; they’re building communities and redefining what modern resident experience looks like.
If you thrive in a fast‐moving, tech‐first environment and love the balance of operations, leadership, and resident experience, this role might be your next big move.
The Role: Community Manager (Full‐Time)
You’ll lead one of our DFW communities and own the full scope of operations — leasing performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, financial results, and property excellence. Our AI platform removes outdated processes so you can focus on what actually drives success.
This role blends operational leadership, culture building, problem‐solving, and business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day‐to‐day property operations with a focus on occupancy, retention, and financial performance
- Drive leasing results through pricing strategy, market awareness, and execution
- Oversee the full resident lifecycle: leasing, renewals, move‐ins, move‐outs, and satisfaction
- Lead and support onsite teams while building a high‐performance, accountability‐driven culture
- Partner with ownership on budgets, reporting, and performance goals
- Monitor market conditions and competitor trends to maximize asset value
- Ensure apartments, amenities, and vacant units are always tour‐ready
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Manage vendors, service providers, and maintenance coordination
- Champion digital leasing, self‐guided tours, smart‐access onboarding, and AI‐assisted workflows
- Adapt quickly to evolving technology and operational systems
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
What You Bring
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong operational and financial mindset
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast‐paced environment
- High computer acumen and comfort with automated workflows
- Strong leadership presence with coaching and accountability skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating in a near‐paperless, AI‐assisted environment
- Experience with EliseAI, ResMan, Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily compliance
What Sets Us Apart
- No keys. No desk phones. No legacy systems. No paper.
- AI handles routine inquiries 24/7 — you focus on people and performance
- Competitive base + performance‐based commission
- Real growth opportunities as we scale rapidly across DFW
- A culture that rewards bold thinking, not box‐checking
