We are a busy caterer in Key Largo looking for a motivated Assistant Chef Trainee to join our catering kitchen team. We specialize in high-volume events (up to 100+ guests).

Position Overview

This is a hands-on training opportunity for someone passionate about professional cooking. You will work directly with our experienced kitchen team preparing food for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other events in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Some prior cooking experience or formal culinary education

• Florida food handler’s permit (or ability to obtain one quickly)
• Local to the Florida Keys (No relocation or travel assistance)

No previous high-volume catering experience required — we will train you!
