Top Home Care Agency is looking for dedicated team members for immediate hire to fill a position in South Park, PA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administers care to the consumer by the established care plan.
• Provides safety and supervision to the consumer.
• Performs duties listed within the PLAN OF CARE.
• Communicate with office staff regarding the consumer’s status, maintenance, supplies, personnel issues, concerns, or suggestions.
• Maintains confidentiality of all consumer information.
• Maintains residence security according to established procedures, including lights, locking doors, securing the garage, and guidelines regarding visitors.Participates in training programs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:
