Job Overview
This role involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing crates and containers used for shipping and storage within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with assembly processes, and familiarity with tools and measuring devises in a manufacturing settings.

Milwaukee Southside, Mon - Fri, 7am - 3:30pm + OT, $18 p/hr

Duties

• Precise Measurement with 16th and 32nd tape measure
• Assemble crate containers using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure durability and safety standards are met
• Inspect completed crates for quality assurance, ensuring proper dimensions and structural integrity
• Utilize assembly techniques to streamline production processes and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Assist in loading and unloading materials using warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure efficient operations

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments is preferred
• Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of nail guns, hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with crate or container assembly is a plus
• Prior use of warehouse equipment in a manufacturing facility will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential skills for success in this role
