What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate crew during your shift
• Deliver outstanding guest service
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Drive speed of service and operational execution
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Support restaurant sales and performance goals
• Help create a positive, accountable restaurant culture

What We’re Looking For

• McDonald’s experience strongly preferred
• Shift Leader, Shift Manager, Department Manager, or similar QSR leadership experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Dependable, energetic, and team-focused
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability
