We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead and oversee field crews in utility, telecommunications, civil construction, and infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive safety, communication, and jobsite management to ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead by example, mentor crews, foster accountability, and maintain positive team morale.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, HazMat, and company safety standards; complete JSAs daily; report incidents promptly.
• Jobsite Management: Organize resources, manage subcontractors, schedule materials/equipment, solve problems proactively, and audit work quality.
• People Management: Communicate daily goals, recruit and retain team members, review timesheets, and maintain strong client relationships.

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and trailers.
• Solid knowledge of construction math, terminology, and technology/software for documentation.

Required Certifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement (no manual restrictions).
• Valid FedMed Card.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Competent Person Training.
• First Aid, CPR, AED.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
