Business Development Ramp-Up Period, to support a successful transition, this position includes a six-month business development ramp-up period. During this time, the Regional Vice President will focus on establishing a strong foundation for long-term success by: •\tBuilding and strengthening client relationships, •\tPlan a productive territory strategy, •\tDevelop a meaningful client and referral relationships, •\tGenerating sustainable new business opportunities Upon successful completion of the six-month ramp-up period, the Regional Vice President becomes eligible to participate in the Company's sales commission and performance bonus programs in accordance with the applicable compensation plan. The six-month ramp-up period may be shortened by mutual agreement if both the Company and the candidate are confident that an earlier transition is appropriate. Compensation Starting Base Salary: $125,000 annually.
