QC inspector
Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:30 pm + OT
Pay: $20 - $23 an hours DOE
SUMMARY:
Performs testing, reviews test data, and writes investigations in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Analyzes products in compliance with cGMP regulations and SOPs.
· Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
· Inspect production areas, production processes, and finished goods produced.
· Completes and maintains appropriate documentation to support testing procedures and comply with GMPs including but not limited to data capture forms, equipment logbooks, and inventory forms.
· Calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment according to maintenance schedules, GMP requirements, and SOPs.
· Monitor cleanliness of production and if unacceptable, report to direct supervisor.
· Reads, understands, and follows SOPs; complies with current GMP as required by FDA.
· Swab all production equipment’s clean and sanitized by sanitation, with a ATP instrument to ensure they meet the pass threshold before use in production.
· Prepare and drop off customer samples for shipment.
· Document all retain samples pulled in excel workflow.
· Detail review of BOM and production process prior to production.
· Follows all safety regulations.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
· Two to four years related experience or equivalent
· Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, computer, and equipment validation, GMPs, and product/process validation.
· Ability to develop clear, concise, and timely oral and written reports.
· Experience with laboratory environment, equipment, and safety procedures.
· Experience in research and development, including understanding of statistical analysis.
