Part-Time Administrative Coordinator
Location: Olivette, MO
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours per Week | Daytime Hours
Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
Work Setting: On-site
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, dependable Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and day-to-day coordination support to a busy team within an established electrical construction company.
This position is ideal for someone with an administrative assistant, office coordinator, project assistant, or administrative coordinator background who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping people, paperwork, and priorities organized.
This is not a desk-only administrative position. While much of the role involves computer-based administrative work, documentation, and coordination, the individual will also move throughout the facility and plant floor to assist the team with project-related needs, materials, labeling, and other hands-on support.
The position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week during daytime business hours. As the company continues to grow, there may be an opportunity for the role and hours to expand.
Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting an engineering, electrical, construction, manufacturing, or other project-based environment is helpful but not required.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps things organized behind the scenes.
The right person doesn't need to be an engineer or procurement professional. We're looking for an administrative professional who communicates well, follows through, notices the details, and is comfortable helping wherever needed.
You may spend part of your day working on spreadsheets and documentation and another part walking onto the plant floor to check on materials, prepare labels, organize a project kit, or help a team member complete an administrative task.
If you enjoy variety, staying busy, and being an important support person for a growing team, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week during normal daytime business hours. There is some flexibility in how the weekly hours are structured based on business needs and candidate availability.
