Now Hiring: Bilingual Payroll Specialist
Location: Gainesville, GA
We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in payroll processing, employee records, compliance, and benefits administration. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation while supporting HR and accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using payroll systems such as Paycom or similar platforms
Maintain accurate employee payroll records within HRIS systems
Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, adjustments, and payroll corrections
Assist employees with payroll questions and resolve discrepancies professionally
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and labor regulations
Manage benefit deductions including health insurance and retirement plans
Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with payroll reporting
Prepare payroll-related reports and assist with audits
Support accurate time and attendance tracking
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes as needed
Administer FMLA and Leave of Absence processes
Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
3-5 years of payroll experience required
Experience using payroll systems such as Paycom, ADP, Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor law compliance
Experience with benefits administration preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred
