We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our
dynamic team here at Bridgestone Cleaners. This role is essential in providing exceptional
support to our clients and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will
possess strong communication skills, be able to communicate in both English and Spanish, be a
quick learner, and be knowledgeable in fashion and/or clothing brands. If you thrive in a

Bridgestone Cleaners is Downtown Brooklyn's only member of the Association of Wedding
Gown Specialists, and has been serving NYC as a luxury dry cleaners & tailor for over 40 years.
We pride ourselves on positively impacting our community at both our Dumbo and Cobble Hill
locations, with a supportive and tight-knit group of employees.
Duties
● Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email,
and chat.
● Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
● Assist customers with picking up & dropping off their items & garments.
● Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry into SMRT
(database for dry cleaners)
● Maintain detailed records of details regarding customers' garments, which may involve
research on fabrics, materials, and couture brands.
● Using an organized and strong attention to detail when working with production staff and
delivery drivers in preparing incoming & outgoing customer orders.
Experience
● Previous experience in customer service or garment care is preferred.
● Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are preferred.
● Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
● Proven sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
● Effective communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
● Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. Join us in delivering
