Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive commercial plumbing knowledge, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The Plumbing Foreman will coordinate daily job site activities, oversee installations, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with all local codes and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial construction and renovation projects
• Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor crew productivity
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings
• Install, inspect, and troubleshoot commercial plumbing systems, including water, waste, gas, and specialty piping systems
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentice and junior plumbers
• Identify and resolve job site issues to minimize delays and maintain workflow

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years experience in the commercial plumbing industry
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing license preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, layouts, and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification preferred but not required
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
• Valid drivers license required
