We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team at City Fish Market!
City Fish Market offers a wide selection of expertly-prepared, fresh fish and seafood, accompanied by a nautical ambiance next to a lake in Boca Raton, Florida. Our menus have a great variety of dishes from seafood classics such as Fish & Chips, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, to a wide selection of fresh catch that can be prepared to guests taste.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items and specials
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years Previous experience in culinary arts with expertise in the pastry station.
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
