Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails and customer inquiries.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting our Anaheim office.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing customer support.
• Assist with customer inquiries, appointments, and sales-related administrative tasks.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain organized customer records, files, and office documentation.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and customer-related activities.
• Perform data entry, filing, record keeping, and general office duties.
• Maintain a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Assist with inventory and office supply ordering as needed.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
