Talent Acquisition Specialist — $45/hr, 6-month Contract-to-Hire, Hybrid - Garland TX
A global manufacturer of construction equipment needs a recruiter in Garland, Texas. You will hire for the United States and Canada. You will carry more than 20 open requisitions at the same time.
The pay is $45.00 per hour. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. We give you medical, dental, vision, and paid time off while you are on RPC Company's payroll.
The client gives you a 401(k) with a match plus an automatic company contribution, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000.00 each semester, and a stock purchase plan when you become a permanent employee on their payroll.
Training is onsite for 2 weeks. Then you work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday. The manager can change these days.
