Position Summary
The Heavy Equipment & Fleet Operations Lead – Texas serves as the local extension of the Equipment Department and the primary field-facing liaison between Texas operations, vendors, and the broader Equipment team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Fleet & Facilities, this position works closely with field leadership to understand equipment and fleet needs, coordinate service and repairs, support rental and fleet activity, manage vendor follow-through, and help ensure equipment-related issues are identified and resolved efficiently.
