What you’ll do

• Be a full time In Office coordinator.
• This is desk job- In Office.
• Gather documentation and coordinate with doctors office.
• Provide assistance to the field staff.
• Collaborate with physician and RN to help implement the patient's care plan.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support patients and their families by providing education on health management and medication administration.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your nursing skills.

Basic qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a state approved school of practical nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing, preferred.
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Hospice.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Completion of a Hospice training program prior to providing care.
