Priority Exteriors is one of Indiana's fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies, and we're looking for a high-energy Recruiter to help us build an elite team.

This isn't your typical HR position. You'll be responsible for recruiting top sales talent, canvassers, office staff, and building partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and organizations to generate hiring opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and hire top-performing sales representatives and appointment setters.
• Schedule interviews and conduct phone screenings.
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, and networking events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, colleges, gyms, military organizations, and community groups to create recruiting partnerships.
• Develop referral programs and hiring campaigns.
• Post and manage job ads across multiple hiring platforms.
• Track applicants through the hiring process.
• Help onboard new employees and ensure a great first impression.
• Work closely with ownership to help scale the company.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Sales or recruiting experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
