The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, personable Outside Sales Estimator to help us grow — someone who thrives on meeting new people, walking job sites, and closing deals. There's no ceiling here: the more accounts you bring in and keep active, the more you make, month after month. This is a great fit for a self-starter, a college student building real-world sales experience, or anyone who wants to control their own schedule and their own paycheck.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs with prospective commercial clients
• Prepare and present professional cleaning service proposals
• Negotiate and close new client accounts
• Manage client onboarding for a smooth handoff to operations
• Track prospect visits, notes, and follow-ups using provided tools
• Work company-provided leads: site visits, photos, estimating, proposal prep, and follow-up

Compensation — 100% Commission, No Cap

• 25% of the first month's invoice on any new recurring account you generate
• 10% of project value on self-generated one-time projects (post-construction, deep cleans, etc.)
• 10% commission on jobs closed from company-provided leads
• Retention Bonuses on self-generated recurring accounts:
• • $250 bonus when the account hits 6 months active
  • $500 bonus when the account hits 12 months active
  • That's up to $750 per account on top of your commission, just for bringing in clients who stick

Who You Are

• Motivated, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners and facility managers
• A strong communicator with solid presentation and follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented — you track your activity and follow through consistently
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone required
• Experience in B2B sales, facilities, or the cleaning/janitorial industry is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the pitch
