As a Retail Customer Experience Representative, you'll work inside major retail locations, helping customers learn about today's leading wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. Through personalized conversations, you'll recommend products that meet each customer's needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

No previous sales experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive, engaging shopping experience.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
• Explain current promotions, pricing, and technology in a clear and professional manner.
• Complete sales transactions accurately while providing outstanding customer service.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your product knowledge, communication, and leadership skills.
• Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age/Auth: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, including weekends as business needs require.
• Work Environment: 100% in-person position located inside retail partner locations.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $15.92-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Employees are also eligible to earn performance-based commissions. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. If earned commissions exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

High-performing representatives often earn $800-$2,000 per week. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and hours worked and are not guaranteed.
