The Vibe

As a Playa Bowls Team Member, you’re bringing the stoke. You’ll make epic bowls, connect with customers, and help keep the shop feeling clean, upbeat, and welcoming. If you’re positive, reliable, and love working in a fast-paced, feel-good environment, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Spreading good vibes and welcoming every customer like a regular

• Building bowls and smoothies with care, speed, and consistency

• Running the register and handling payments like a pro

• Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and looking fresh

• Working as a team to keep things flowing during busy rushes

• Following food safety standards (we’ll show you the ropes)

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to learn and jump in where needed

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Food service experience is cool, but not required
