Verdugo Hills Autism Project is seeking a dynamic and experienced Behavior Intervention Development (BID) Provider preferably with a BCBA Certification, able to develop and successfully implement Behavioral Treatment Plans for students with developmental disabilities within their school setting. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and able to maintain a professional repertoire with school administrators, clients, parents, and their supporting staff.
Duties and Roles of the Nonpublic Behavior Intervention Development (BID) Provider:
Requirements:
Must be able to work effectively as a team member, demonstrate flexibility and desire to learn new skills and improve professional qualifications.
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Sciences, Special Education, or other affiliated study subjects.
BCBA Certification
4-6 years experience in providing direct behavioral services to children and/or adults on the Autism Spectrum Disorder and/other developmental disorders.
Minimum: 1-2 years of experience in as BID in a school-based setting, Preferred 3-5 years
Minimum: 1-2 years of experience with Regional Center based clients in home settings. Prefer 3-5 years of experience.
Compensation:
$35-50/hour depending on experience and credentials with the potential to become a Salaried Position.
