Job Description
Job Description
Crew Chief- Bilingual Preferred
DESCRIPTION
Our Crew Chiefs are the key to our success as they are, most of all, developers of people. They create an environment where learning, improvement, interdependence, and healthy competition are the norm. We believe that intrinsic motivation surfaces with the identification of a clear personal vision for success, and the realization of one’s own God-given strengths and capacities. In essence, we help them feel their worth. Our Crew Chiefs use the "Harrigan Way" which is based on two years of research & development of the very best way to engage crew members. In essence, we use work to develop our people, not the other way around.
While many companies provide training programs that focus on individual technical skills, the biggest obstacle to highly engaged teams is a lack of Social Emotional understanding. Perhaps you’ve heard it said that people get hired for what they know and get fired for who they are. With your help, we’d like to change that.
Work is a vehicle to accomplishing life’s goals. Work not only brings income, it also brings dignity, self-reliance, and a sense of belonging. Bottom line, “work, works.”
We like to say that working for Harrigan is more like playing for the Green Bay Packers than "working for the man," and so, the Crew Chief is like the best coach you've ever had - a disciplinarian with a heart of gold, a teacher, a facilitator, a mentor, a leader. Your input and wisdom will be welcomed!
