Job Title: HVAC General Manager / License Holder
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $95,000 to $110,000 / year
Role Summary:
Ready to move into a leadership seat with top-tier DFW compensation? A growing residential heating and cooling provider in Dallas is hiring a Licensed HVAC Operations Manager / Lead Technician. We handle business administration so you can focus on field leadership, technical quality, and building a team.
What You Will Do:
- Lead hands-on service, diagnostic, and installation work across North Dallas.
- Oversee job quoting, field scheduling, and technical delivery.
- Mentor and train future service technicians as operations expand.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control.
Requirements:
- Active Texas State HVAC License (Required).
- 8+ years of hands-on residential HVAC field experience.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Professional demeanor and willingness to share technical knowledge.
