The Auto Technician is responsible for performing comprehensive maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles. This role involves inspecting vehicle systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is skilled in both mechanical and electrical diagnostics and communicates effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
- Perform brake maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical systems
- Service transmissions and other drivetrain components
- Execute diagnostic testing to identify issues
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with customers
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair
