Job Highlights

• Pay: Competitive – DOE (Higher pay based on CNC experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime: Fridays and weekends as needed
• Location: East Houston, TX
• Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Weekly pay through LINK Staffing
• Four-day workweek with three-day weekends when overtime is not required

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and CNC mills in a production environment
• Load raw materials and monitor machining operations
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and machining specifications
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain production records and quality documentation
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill operating experience required
• CNC setup experience preferred
• Swiss-style CNC lathe experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience required
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
