PRG Hospitality is seeking experienced, driven, and community-connected Floor Managers and Assistant Managers to join our growing team across our four Houston-based concepts. Our portfolio spans elevated dining, high-energy lounges, and nightlife experiences, and we are looking for leaders who understand how to deliver exceptional hospitality while contributing to a strong, unified culture.
About the Role:


As a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in daily operations, guest experience, and team leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring each concept reflects the energy, quality, and vision that define PRG Hospitality

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house teams in fast-paced environments
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism
• Support scheduling, staffing, and shift management
• Handle guest relations, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute brand vision and operational goals
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture

Qualifications
•

2+ years of management experience in restaurants, lounges, or nightlife
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage high-volume environments
• Deep roots in the Houston community and a strong local network preferred
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Desire for growth and long-term career development within PRG Hospitality
