Job Title: Restaurant Team Member

Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide menu and specials recommendations to customers
• Pack food items according to customers' specifications
• Keep the restaurant clean, including sweeping, mopping, and stocking supplies
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
