Who We Serve
We serve scholars ranging in age from 6 weeks through 12 years, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and after-school scholars. Our program works with mixed-age groups, offering hands-on learning, sensory play, creative projects, story time, movement, and structured daily routines.
Staff may support different age groups based on program needs, ratios, and scheduling.

As a Morning Assistant Teacher, you will help set a positive tone for the day by:
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on and requires the ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and lift children or classroom materials (up to approximately 40 lbs). Duties include both indoor and outdoor supervision.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed reflects what we anticipate offering for this job opening in good faith. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
