The Sales & Customer Service Administrator plays a crucial role within a small sales administration team, supporting operations through efficient order processing, customer support, and accurate sales reporting. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role collaborates closely with the sales team, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure seamless communication and documentation management. Ideal for candidates with entry-level experience, the position demands strong organizational and communication skills without requiring any travel. Compensation for this role is based on experience.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM -5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM-3:00 PM, Closed Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and timely manner
• Provide responsive customer support and maintain client communication
• Enter and manage sales and customer data efficiently
• Generate and distribute regular sales reports
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for sales activities
• Coordinate between sales, supply chain, and finance departments
• Facilitate effective communication within the sales administration team
• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in sales administration
• Previous administrative, customer service, sales support, or office experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; QuickBooks experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites
• Data entry and sales reporting capabilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team
