About the Role:
ETHIO BLACK LION LLC in Silver Spring, MD is looking for a passionate and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to order
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at the counter
Maintain cleanliness of the store 
Organization of the bar, equipment, and work area
Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Previous barista or café experience preferred 
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
