Duties

• Actively engage with prospective and current members through outside and inside sales techniques to promote memberships, personal training packages, and fitness programs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalized tours of the facility to showcase amenities and services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, territory management, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the member base.
• Manage accounts effectively using CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Develop strategic business relationships with local organizations for B2B sales opportunities that drive membership growth.
• Negotiate membership terms and upsell additional services like personal training or premium packages to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory management, and market analysis to optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent analysis skills to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle cold calling campaigns confidently.
• Experience in territory management, inside sales, or technical sales is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in management or business development roles within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive approach to customer service and relationship building.
