What You’ll Do
As our Office Manager, you will be the key coordinator connecting our clients, care team, and community partners. Your core responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily office workflows to ensure high-quality, timely, and safe care delivery for all clients.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and DDD Support Coordinators.
- Team & Schedule Management: Oversee staffing schedules, match caregivers with clients, and assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training top talent.
- Records & HR Management: Maintain precise, confidential client and employee files in compliance with state standards and company policies.
- Community Engagement: Represent Choice Home Health at client visits and DDD ISP meetings, while actively promoting our services to prospective families.
What We’re Looking For

- Self-Starter Mindset: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and the discipline to work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computers and administrative software (1+ year of Microsoft Office experience preferred).
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Bilingual Advantage: *Spanish fluency is a major plus!
Certifications & Compliance
To ensure the safety of those we serve, the following are required (or must be obtained prior to starting):
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Article 9 Certification
- Ability to pass a background check & legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- This position requires driving to visit clients and attending ISP meetings, so a dependable vehicle is essential.
