Ice Cream Scooper / Cashier / Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Prepare and serve ice cream, frozen desserts, toppings, and other menu items according to store standards.
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, process cash and card payments, and provide correct change and receipts.
• Answer customer questions about flavors, products, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment throughout the shift.
• Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, tables, floors, and other work areas regularly.
• Restock ice cream, toppings, cups, cones, napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer concerns courteously and communicate with supervisors when assistance is needed.
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
