Quoteplicity is a fast-growing CRM built specifically for life insurance agents and agencies. We get new sign-ups every day, and we need someone great to make sure every one of them actually gets contacted, set up, and successful on the platform.

This is a ground-floor opportunity — you'll work closely with our CEO and CTO, help shape how we support customers as we scale, and be part of a growing company at the intersection of life insurance and technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Handle incoming sales inquiries from prospective customers and walk them through what Quoteplicity can do

- Own technical onboarding and setup for new sign-ups — get them live and using the product

- Field customer service inquiries and support tickets, and manage ongoing accounts

- Field contracting-related requests and direct them to the right place

- Run most of your customer interactions over Zoom video calls

WHAT YOU NEED

- Professional experience in the life insurance industry — as an agent, at an agency, on the carrier side, or with a BGA/IMO

- Comfort with software and SaaS tools; this role includes real technical setup and troubleshooting, not just phone calls

- Strong communication skills — you're often the first impression of the company for a new customer

- Self-direction: as an independent contractor, you set your own schedule and methods, as long as leads, tickets, and calls are covered promptly

COMPENSATION

- $500/week draw for your first 12 weeks

- After that, $500/week continues as an ongoing floor

- 20% commission on the first-year contract value of every new sale you close

- 10% ongoing monthly residual on the accounts you manage

- Realistic range: $26,000–$144,000+/year depending on performance, uncapped

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — no health insurance or other benefits are included, and you're free to structure your own working hours and methods to get the job done.
