Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, and process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, verify, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
• Operate delivery vans or small trucks for local pickups and deliveries when required.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Hands-on experience operating a forklift.
• Experience driving a delivery van or small box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
  • Metal Recycling
  • Electronics Distribution or Manufacturing
