Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff; maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Operations: Manage daily front and back-of-house operations, including inventory, ordering, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety codes.
- Financials: Optimize profitability by controlling food, labor, and supply costs.
- Guest Service: Ensure a welcoming environment and consistent, exceptional service during peak rush hours.
- Administration: Handle scheduling, cash management, and reporting in coordination with the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant (pizza experience preferred).
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain composure under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word/Excel and restaurant inventory/ordering systems.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.
