Front Desk Coordinator – Orthodontic Office

We are a state-of-the-art orthodontic practice with locations in Collegeville and Gilbertsville. The hired candidate will commute to both of our office locations. We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and assisting patients
• Greeting patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Answering patient questions and providing support

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Multitasking is a must.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dental or orthodontic experience preferred
• Familiarity with Dolphin software is a plus (but not required)
