The Remodeler will primarily focus on residential remodeling projects, performing a variety of tasks from demolition to finishing work. This role involves working on local sites with minimal travel required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple aspects of home renovation and a strong ability to solve problems on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of existing structures and materials
• Construct framing for walls, ceilings, and other structural elements
• Install drywall and apply finishing touches
• Paint interior or exterior surfaces with precision
• Lay flooring materials including hardwood, tile, and laminate
• Install cabinets and ensure proper fit and function
• Fit plumbing fixtures according to project specifications
• Install electrical fixtures safely and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in remodeling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring installation
• Strong problem-solving skills
