Experienced Warehouse Associate

Stafford, TX (Southwest Houston)
Up to $20/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Raise Upon Hire

We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a growing industrial team in the Stafford area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, and forklift experience looking for a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Operate Bendi forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and cherry pickers
• Perform shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory transactions
• Process shipments using an ERP system
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year operating a forklift or cherry picker
• Shipping & receiving experience preferred
• ERP experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
