As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients, assisting them with daily living skills, and helping them thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

What You Will Do

• Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with cooking, meal preparation, hygiene, and peri-care/toileting.
• Household & Finance: Assist with light house cleaning, yard care, shopping, and basic money management.
• Community & Medical: Provide transportation to outings and activities, and assist with scheduling and attending doctor appointments.
• Health & Behavioral Support: Assist with medication administration and help clients navigate behavioral struggles.
• Administrative & Teamwork: Complete daily documentation and communicate effectively with co-workers and managers on a daily basis.

What We Are Looking For

• Requirements: A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to safely transfer clients, which may require lifting, squatting, and pulling.
• Mindset: A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Bonus Qualifications: NAR, HCA, Therapeutic Options, or any other relevant certifications are a massive plus (but we will train the right person!).
