Position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. We are open 7 days a week, 13 hours daily. Some outdoor customer interaction will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during assigned shifts
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, professional wash environment
• Open and close the site according to company procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and equipment checks
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and quality standards
• Monitor wash tunnel and lot operations for safety, quality, and equipment functionality
• Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment issues or escalate to management as needed
• Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
• Maintain accurate shift reports, inventory counts, and daily logs
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Support management with scheduling, onboarding new hires, and performance feedback

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisor role preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation
