Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner plans and schedules maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and plant productivity. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate labor, materials, and maintenance resources while supporting company goals and policies.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including production downtime, plant outages, vendors, and contractors

* Manage work orders, equipment records, parts, and maintenance documentation to support efficient operations

* Audit maintenance work, monitor backlog and performance, and prepare reports to improve maintenance effectiveness

* Follow all safety, food safety, quality, regulatory, and SQF requirements while supporting continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years of maintenance experience, working in a manufacturing environment

* 2+ years of CMMS experience

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Experience working in a food or beverage environment
