Private Housekeeper & Household Manager
Serving the Scoccolo Family – Multiple Residences

Position Overview:
Join our family as a Private Housekeeper, responsible for the care and management of three private residences and two local vacation homes. This full-time role offers a blend of housekeeping, organizational, and event-support responsibilities, ensuring the family’s homes are impeccably maintained and their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping:
2. 1. Weekly cleaning and maintenance of three private residences; monthly or as-needed service for two vacation homes.
   2. Comprehensive cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, deep cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
   3. Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as required.
   4. Organization of closets, storage spaces, and pet areas.
   5. Cleaning specialty fabrics and deep-cleaning carpets, drapes, and upholstery as needed.
   6. Ensuring all homes are safe, secure, and properly staged upon completion of duties.
   7. Occasional errands
   8. Occasional minimal food preparation
   9. Occasional deep cleaning i.e.: polish silver, etc.
3. Household Management:
4. 1. Help schedule and overseeing home repairs and maintenance, appliance repairs, HVAC services, and handyman tasks.
   2. Managing deliveries and coordinating tradespeople and service providers.
   3. Maintaining inventories of cleaning supplies and ensuring proper storage.
5. Event Support:
6. 1. Assisting with family events and gatherings, including evening and weekend availability as needed.

Position Details:

1. Compensation: $30–$34/hour
2. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 32–40 hours/week, with occasional overtime for evenings/weekends/events.
3. Employment Type: W2 Employee or 1099 Contractor (your choice).
4. Benefits (for W2 Employees): Medical insurance, 401(k), mileage reimbursement ($0.60/mile), and all supplies provided.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in private home housekeeping and management.
2. Valid WA State driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
3. Basic proficiency in English (second language welcome).
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
